Dominate is a Discipline that overwhelms another person's mind with the vampire's will, forcing victims to think or act according to the vampire's decree. In game terms, Dominate will roll the user's Social stat vs the victim's Mental stat. It cannot affect Kindred who's Generation is lower than the user.

Base Abilities:

Having even the first level of Dominate grants access to the Voice of God ability. You'll talk with a HEAVY TONE, emitting an ominous sound. Listeners, which means any mob not deaf or dead in view range, will react to certain codewords.
Some of the codewords are as follows: Come here, Fall, Throw. Experiment to figure out other uses.

Level 1: Force the victim to forget a memory. (Roleplay-based)

Level 2: Force the victim to lay down on the floor.

Level 3: Stuns the target in place momentarily.

Level 4: Stuns the target in place momentarily for longer.

Level 5: Force the target to attack themselves with their weapon or fists if unarmed for 25 seconds.
