Valeren is the mystical Discipline of the Warrior Salubri. At its most basic, Valeren provides control over pain and increased martial ability, seemingly allowing warriors to draw on the power of heaven to vanquish their foes.

Valeren was originally split between two distinct paths of powers: the Path of the Healer, the first line developed by the Salubri Antediluvian, and the Path of the Warrior, an offshoot Discipline developed by Samiel to fight the Baali and other infernalists. In the Modern Nights, the Path of the Healer has come to be known as Obeah, and Valeren refers only to the Path of the Warrior.

Level 1: Scan a target's vitals.<br>
Level 1, Sense Death: Display's a target's blood pool and the rating of their armor.<br>


Level 2: Gain the ability to make a grabbed Kindred drowsy or make a mortal fall completely asleep for 30 seconds.<br>

Level 3: Heals a target for 50 damage. <br>
Level 3, Burning Touch: Gain the ability to grab a target and inflict torturous pain. Does not deal damage, but deals stamina damage and forces the target into a paincrit state while they're grabbed.<br>


Level 4: Heals a target for about 65 damage, also gain the ability to erect walls surrounding yourself for protection for a short period.<br>
Level 4, Armor of Caine's Fury: Open the third eye and enshroud yourself in a protective crimson halo that grants damage reduction scaling with rolled Strength + Fortitude against Difficulty 7.<br>


Level 5: Gain the ability to raise the Humanity of a grabbed Kindred. Takes 30 seconds.<br>
Level 5, Samiel's Vengeance: Open the third eye and ensure one masterful strike. For 3 vitae, the next attack will always hit and deal significantly increased damage.<br>
