	The Toreador are the artists and patrons of the Kindred world, more in-tune with humanity and its culture than any other clan. The Degenerates are romantics and prone to fits of fancy, but are equally wont to engaging in petty plots simply to force joy and drama into their lives. They are one of the founding clans of the Camarilla, and have been keen to see themselves as the Queen to the Ventrue's King. The Toreador hold a crucial role in the Camarilla in ensuring the aging and out of touch kindred remain relevant and alive. They are the life of the party and the gossip-monger.
