			*1.4: You should generally not steal faction or clan keys, unless posing as a member of that faction or clan. You may use keys to escape or to enter in order to perform your job duties (e.g. hounds using Insane Keys to enter the asylum in search of a Masq breacher). You should also generally not loot keys after a fight to keep things fair for other players, and you may experience IC consequences regardless of how you came to acquire the keys for breaching another clan or faction's domain.

Elected primogen who abuse this temporary power may become unpopular enough to no longer be capable of taking the role.
